Outstanding experience at the Millennium Hotel Ramallah. Exceptional leadership and a truly professional team. The reception was welcoming and efficient, the restaurant service and food were excellent, and the bar staff were friendly and attentive. The warmth and hospitality of the entire staff really set this hotel apart. Highly recommended. The Millennium Hotel Ramallah exceeded all expectations. The leadership has clearly built a strong culture of service and excellence. A top-class hotel and a benchmark for hospitality in Palestine. I would gladly return

Didn't use the pool or gym. The room was clean, the front desk staff and restaurant bar were very nice, and the food and drinks were good. There isn't much around the area, but it is easily accessible to the surrounding neighborhoods. Security is a bit tight.

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. The prices are extremely overpriced, both for the accommodation and the restaurant, and they definitely do not match the quality provided. The cleanliness was below expectations and felt more like rushed, sloppy work rather than proper housekeeping. The bed was uncomfortable in every possible way, and the room atmosphere felt stuffy. The furniture is noticeably worn out and in need of replacement. Overall, the experience simply does not justify the high rates. For the same amount of money, you can easily find newer and much better hotels.

Very good experience good breakfast quality nice staff.
A newer TV screen would be a good change, with some renovations like wall painting and other toilet amendments.
But generally we liked it very much.

Beyond my expectation

Nothing was unique and I couldn’t extend my stay I had to wait for morning shift I don’t see what’s 5 star about this hotel, rooms are veryyyy basic went to way cheaper hotels and way better then the rooms they had

Despite the war and the suffocating of the Palestinian economy, this hotel maintains all the services, beautiful cafe, great restaurant, specious lobby and nice rooms with a pool and parking. But what stuck me the most the professionalism of the staff and their readiness to help. Ayman at the reception went above and beyond to help us with the best customer care possible, thank you. Highly recommend this hotel as you get to experience beautiful ramallah with some great dining near by, while feeling like at a resort disconnecting from life's issues.
