The location is central and close to down town. It is a very nice and clean hotel, it deserve 5 stars and more. There is excellent breakfast, the room is clean and the most important the staff always smiling and willing to help with anything, polite and very helpful.

I visited with my family and husband our stay was pleasant the hotel was clean and the pool was enjoyable, the breakfast was amazing as well and the staff was nice i have nothing to complain about, I was hesitant to stay at this hotel because of the negative reviews but i was pleasantly surprised .

Nice hotel but need to improve some stuff to be considered a 5 star hotel , Ramallah is a vibrant city with a lot to ve discovered
